Als ich letzte Woche Birgit's hübschen selbstgenähten Rock sah und zudem feststellte, dass auch der Stoffladen die Preise gesenkt hat, stand mein Entschluss fest. Ich versuche mich zum ersten Mal an einem Rock.
I would like to have some colorful patterned mini skirts, but unfortunately I did not run into one. When I saw last week Birgit's beautiful self-done skirt and at the same time recognised that the drapery reduced prices, I decided to do a trying and sew me a skirt.
Der blaugestreifte Strickstoff war mit 4,00 € nicht teuer,
der Futterstoff hat 2,00 € gekostet.
Wenn was schief geht, dachte ich, ist nicht viel verloren.
Es wurde ein gerader Schlauchrock mit Gummiband im Bund
und mit einem kleinen Schlitz in der hinteren Mitte.
Der Futterstoff wurde zu einem Unterrock verarbeitet,
den ich auch unter anderen Röcken tragen kann.

at the waist and a small slit at the back of the hem.

be used for several other skirts too.

aus dem Reststoff wurde noch ein Rundschal

Doch so ein warmer Schal ist mir im Raum immer zu warm,
deshalb hab ich heute ein wenig gemixt.
Eimal mit einem leichten Schal aus dünnem Batist in ähnlichen Farben,
einmal mit einem Glasanhänger, den ich aus dem Urlaub mitgebracht habe.
Because such a warm scarf is too much for wearing it inside,
I mixed a little bit.
One time with a light scarf of thin cambric in similar colors,
one time with a glass pendent, which is a reminder to my holidays.

LöschenÜbrigens gefällt mir eure Idee monatlich einen Rock zu nähen so gut, dass ich mir vorgenommen habe -außer Konkurrenz ;-) - mindestens vierteljährlich einen zu nähen. Den Stoff für den zweiten gabs auch günstig im Stoffladen.

Oh welch schöner Wollstoff und Rock und Loop ergänzen sich so schön. In dem von mir neu entdeckten Second Hand Laden gibt es jeden Rock für 2 €uro. Also komm einfach nach Berlin. Dann findest Du genug Röcke ;-)

Da er dehnbar ist passt er wirklich wie "angegossen". Stoffmarkt-Preise gibts übrigens in diesem Laden auch nur zum WVS und SVS. Da hauen sie raus, was übrig ist. Unterm Jahr sind die Stoffe dort so teuer, dass es sich finanziell nicht lohnt zu nähen. Zumal ich meist was Hübsches Second-Hand finde. Stoffläden gibt es bei Euch doch sicher auch, und dem Möbelschweden ja sowieso.

LöschenSabine, da hast Du ja direkt einen Volltreffer gelandet. Ich mag Fischgrätenmuster total. Das mit dem Universalunterrock mache ic genauso. Ist viel praktischer und man kann einige Röcke zu jeder Jahreszeit kombinieren. Ich wollte noch einen Unterrock mit Spitze verzieren, falls ich da mal Lust drauf habe.

Löschendie Idee mit der Spitze hatte ich auch, aber die Spitze wäre fünfmal so teuer geworden wie der Unterrrock. Bald ist wieder Flohmarktzeit, da find ich vielleicht eine, dann hol ich das nach.
